BASE & GUIDE WAYS : The base is made of close grained and heavily ribbed casting for high rigidity. The hand scraped V-Flat table guide ways with continuous lubrication. Longitudinal hand travel of the table is by rack and pinion Gear box arrangement and automatic travel hydraulic mechanism.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM :
It consist of hydraulic Pump, Valves, Livers, Piping, etc. and all conveniently housed in the base.
WORK HEAD : The heavy duty robust work head equipped with angular contact Bearing & a Taper Roller Bearing. The spindle is made of Nickel Chrome Case hardening steel. The head can be indexed up to +-45 with 4 step speed, to meet various precision grindings.
INTERNAL SPINDLE HEAD : The body is made of closed grained and heavily ribbed casting for high rigidity. The bore of body can accept 80mm/100mm.Precision grinding spindle. Drive to the spindle is transmitted by endless flat belt the pully of motor is balanced to ensure vibration less operation.
COOLANT : Circulating coolant supply is provided with an electrical pump fitted on separate tank of approximately 90 liters.
ELECTRICALS :The machine is supplied with electricals suitable for the supply of 400/440 volts. A.C. 50 C/S ‘B' Class insulated electrical motors are reputed make. Electrical push button station is located at easy reach to the operator.
